Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

The room was very clean. They didn't fret about bringing me a fresh comforter, I do this at every hotel. Overnight was quiet and I slept well in the comfy bed. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. As soon as something was used it was replaced. Of course during the busiest time it was a little harder to keep stocked but a little patience and everything was filled again. Definitely recommend

This place is 2 story high with wood work look. If you plan to use elevator. Ask front desk to get a room somewhere in the middle of the building. Staircase is on every corner of the building with handle for safety. They require $60 deposit. Which is return upon check out. Rooms were ok. Suggestion to management: As I was checking out. I felt a discrimination. Just because I worn clean cloths. Does not mean I'm a good guy. Front desk was very pleasant with me and polite. But there was another black gentleman ahead of me. He was doing check out just like me. Front desk ask the guy to step aside and they need to check the room before he leaves and his cash deposit can be returned. He stepped aside and front desk without any questions with happy smile thanked me and told me my deposit will be back on card. I felt little awakard. Why I didn't get same treatment as black guy. Or why didn't the black guy got treatment as me. Please make sure your staff treats everyone equally. Thank you.

Stayed for work as it was close and inexpensive. Basic accommodations in the rooms but furniture and amenities are dated. I found it quiet but I was in a back room away from the street and not near the pool. Speaking of the pool, it looked well maintained. I wished that I had a swimsuit as the jacuzzi by the pool looked inviting. My bed was fine and the shower was hot and had good pressure. I'll stay again.

The customer service was incredible! We worked with a lady named Alyssa (hopefully that's spelled correctly). She is a great worker and very kind. She made the experience a 5/5! She even helped us with a complicated refund. The quality of the building was lower, its definately old. Our room did have a unique smell but all the towels and bedding smelled and appeared clean. Because the customer service was so good the other things didn't bother me that much.

Overall the hotel is a great place to stay at, based on the room and I would choose to stay here again. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable and looked clean. Inside the room there was a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was decent. It did the job and there was hot water. The only issue was in the bathroom. The toilet lid did fall off. The shower curtain wasn't the cleanest and was difficult to keep closed. This caused water to get out. Also, the shower head was a bit low and made it difficult to shower (I'm not tall either).

Alley(Ellie) and Robin.....we're exceptional to come across great customer service, handle and met my situation with the expectations of professionalism.

This place is a real gem for the value-minded. Some of the other locations of this chain that I've been to are much nicer, overall. However, you can tell the rooms have been 'used', and much of the furniture has not replaced in a long time (quite possibly, too long?) But, everything works and is always clean. At least in my experience. I have stayed there at least 5 times in the past 2 years. The staff there are damn near impeccable. You can tell that whoever's in charge really has placed great emphasis on seamless customer service. Anytime I've had any issue, it's been taken care of immediately and pleasantly. In the area, I have stayed at every hotel & motel--- and I mean EVERY. This, in my opinion is the best value, and has by far the best breakfast for any hotel under $100 a night. Don't believe me?
